Space Matters: Getting there

Space Matters will take place in the Samuel Alexander Building on the Oxford Road Campus of the University of Manchester. The University is well served by buses from near Picadilly and Oxford Road Stations. The primary bus routes are the 41, 43, 142, 143. The 142 and 143 work out a bit cheaper are easier to spot: they are blue and say 'Magic Bus' on the side. The University website has detailed directions about getting to the campus: http://www.manchester.ac.uk/aboutus/travel/

The Samuel Alexander is a large building located just behind the University of Manchester Students Union and the Academy (on the below map, see the location of the Academy: the Samuel Alexander building is located behind). The building has two entrances, North (recognisable by a stone portico and steps) and an accessible entrance to the South. The building will be signposted for the conference. If there are any serious concerns about transport or accessibiltiy, please get in contact with the organisers as soon as possible.
